Thankful For You

As Christmas approaches I begin to think of all the things I am thankful for.  One of those things on the top of my list is YOU.

I wanted to take a minute to tell you how thankful I am for you.  I am thankful that God placed you in my husband’s life to answer the questions about the Bible, God, and Christianity.  Because of you, he accepted Jesus Christ.  Because of you his life, my life, and our children’s lives have been changed for the better. Because of you, he now takes our kids to church every Sunday, we pray as a family, we turn to the Bible and to God when we face hardships, our daughter goes to “Mother’s morning out” at church and can now say “Jesus loves me.”  My heart smiles anytime she says that, or when she says “amen” at the end of a prayer.

If it weren’t for you taking the time to answer his questions and to guide him to the Lord, none of this would be happening.  I work every weekend and do not have the opportunity to take my kids to church and that is something I always wanted for them.  I am so thankful that it is now happening!

I believe that God placed you in our lives and I thank him for that every day.  This Christmas will be a special one, as we celebrate together with our children the true meaning of Christmas.  I thank you for everything you have done for him and our family.  May God bless you and your family this Christmas.  I pray that you continue to touch lives the way you have touched ours.
